Veritsys eIM

Remote eSIM management at scale, built on GSMA SGP.32

Manage connectivity throughout the device lifecycle. Provision and activate the eSIM at any stage, choose the right connectivity for each application, and change it as your needs evolve. Manage usage, maintain control, and automate processes, all from a single platform.

The real breakthrough with SGP.32 is the ability to manage connectivity remotely at scale, not the eSIM itself.

As scale grows, the traditional model stops working. Connecting thousands or millions of devices means dealing with:
If a device is in the field, its connectivity needs to be managed.

Why Veritsys eIM

01

Remote provisioning

Profile changes can be made without physically replacing the SIM.

02

Pre-validated interoperability

Every integration is tested and validated in our own lab, so you can deploy with confidence, whatever eSIM vendor or carrier you choose

03

Reduced vendor lock-in

Your connectivity strategy and management platform don't have to be needlessly tied to a single vendor.

04

Agnostic architecture

The solution is designed to interoperate with different carriers, profile providers, and components compatible with the SGP.32 ecosystem.

Connectivity has a complete
lifecycle

01

Choose

Define the ideal connectivity for each device, market, or application, during manufacturing or after deployment.

02

Provision

Provision and manage eSIM profiles securely, wherever and whenever they’re needed.

03

Connect

Activate the connectivity that best meets your operational and business requirements.

04

Manage

Gain visibility and control over usage, status, services, and policies across your installed base.

05

Evolve

Adapt connectivity to changes in markets, networks, costs, and requirements, without replacing the device.

The platform is open, with APIs for integration with carriers, manufacturers, and your company’s systems.

Built on the GSMA standard for IoT eSIM

SGP.32 is the GSMA specification for remote eSIM management in IoT devices, including those with no screen or user interaction. In the standard, the eIM is the component that controls profile download, enabling, disabling, and deletion. Veritsys eIM fulfills this role.

More commercial flexibility for your connectivity strategy

Veritsys eIM works with different carriers, profile providers, and components. Your management platform and your choice of carrier are separate decisions: you can change one without having to replace the other.

Connectivity flexibility can begin before the device ever leaves the factory.

Veritsys combines its eIM with a device-resident IPA (IPAd), enabling eSIM profiles to be provisioned during manufacturing over any available IP connection, such as the factory’s Wi-Fi network.

This lets manufacturers customize connectivity at the same stage they customize the product. Based on the production order, each device can receive a bootstrap profile or its intended operational connectivity, according to the customer, destination market, application, or selected mobile operator.

For teams managing eSIMs at scale

01

Mobile operators and MVNOs that need to offer profile management to enterprise customers.

02

IoT device manufacturers that want a single product, configurable for any market after manufacturing.

03

Enterprises with large device fleets in Utilities, Payments, Agribusiness, and Logistics & mobility.

eSIM is one part of your broader operation

Veritsys eIM integrates with the other Veritsys platforms: Veritsys Grid for physical SIM cards, Veritsys Core for operations and business, Veritsys Route for field teams, and Veritsys Flow for billing. Start with the layer that solves today’s problem and expand without switching vendors.

Frequently asked questions about Veritsys eIM

What is an elM?
eIM stands for eSIM IoT Remote Manager. It’s the component defined in the GSMA SGP.32 standard that remotely manages the eSIM profiles of IoT devices: download, enabling, disabling, and deletion.
SGP.02 was created for M2M, and SGP.22 for consumer devices such as smartphones, which rely on user interaction. SGP.32 was designed for IoT: it enables remote, bulk profile management on devices with no user interface.
No, as long as the device has an SGP.32-compatible eSIM. Profile switching is done remotely through Veritsys eIM.
Devices with an SGP.32-compatible eSIM can be managed remotely through Veritsys eIM. Devices with physical SIM cards are managed through Veritsys Grid.
It works with carriers and eSIM manufacturers that comply with the SGP.32 standard. Interoperability has already been tested with leading eSIM manufacturers and with different carriers, and compatibility with your operation’s vendors is confirmed during the evaluation phase.
No. Physical SIM cards are managed by Veritsys Grid, the Veritsys SIM card management platform (CMP), which can work alongside eIM across device fleets that use both physical SIMs and eSIMs.
